An explanation of how our rates and project packages are calculated is provided below.
The majority of work undertaken by autodocs is project-based.
Following an initial consultation with the client, a project fee and estimated timeframe for the work will be calculated in accordance with the project specific requirements discussed.
Standard quote validity is 30 calendar days, with a 50% deposit payable upfront to secure priority implementation.

Autodocs offers flexible retainer packages tailored to your needs. These packages are ideal in the following scenarios:
Retainer contracts must be booked and paid for in advance at the beginning of each month. Hours can be used flexibly at any time during the month, and autodocs guarantees availability for retainer clients, ensuring your needs are always prioritized.
Hourly rate: ZAR 580 / USD 37 / GBP 30

Ad hoc support services typically relate to work of on unplanned but immediate nature – that is not already covered under a retainer contract.
Examples might include: An urgent document that requires formatting, or unexpected SharePoint issues.
Autodocs provides international support and is available outside of normal working hours at the same standard rate listed above.
