With more than 25 years’ working experience spread across a wide range of business sectors that include the engineering, forestry, legal, financial, marketing and service industries, I’ve been exposed to many diverse business operations over the years. This has equipped me well in being able to accurately identify where certain business workflows can be improved and then developing effective internal systems to suit the unique needs of different types of businesses.

I’ve been proficient in MS-Word since the mid-1990’s. Long before task automation became as widely applied as it is today, I had mastered the advanced features of MS-Word and would use VBA to code powerful, automated document templates that greatly reduced my and my colleagues’ workloads whilst significantly improving accuracy and quality of output. Over the past decade I’ve also become adept at developing automated cloud-based systems using SharePoint, Power Automate and PowerApps, which integrate with Microsoft 365’s various other applications.

Aside from my Microsoft skills, I have a sound understanding of PMBOK project management processes and 12 years’ hands-on experience with the implementation and compliance management of ISO 9001:2015 quality systems and development of procedures, process workflows and document templates.
