Our systems are therefore developed around using SharePoint as the preferred choice for storing files and information, as opposed to Microsoft’s Dataverse option – which incurs additional licensing fees per user.

Automation through Power Automate flows
Autodocs uses Microsoft 365’s Power Automate to build automated workflows that integrate with SharePoint databases to trigger time- or event-based prompts and reminders.

Business apps and cloud-based forms
Autodocs uses Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Forms to develop custom cloud-based forms and business applications which are accessible via PC’s, tablets and mobile devices.
Power Apps integrates seamlessly with Power Automate workflows and SharePoint to enable data that’s been inputted via a Power Apps user interface to instantly transfer across to a SharePoint database in the back-end, and be used to populate a status report, an email summary, or any document template.
